    You’ll begin the transformative process of releasing negative patterns that have held you back from living within your fullest expression. In Buddhist Psychology, there are 3 forms of suffering that can be used for our greatest healing when we begin to uproot them: 1.) Grasping– Clinging to external and internal circumstances, people, and material items to satisfy something within. 2.) Aversion– Attachment to disliking something.
    You’ll begin the transformative process of releasing negative patterns that have held you back from living within your fullest expression.     You’ll begin the transformative process of releasing judgment in order to truly heal thoughts that keep you tamped down and held back from living within your greatest human potential. We have about 60-80 thousand thoughts a day and about 70% of these thoughts are negative in their content.

    We’re diving into the sacred practice of self-acceptance. In Buddhist practice, awareness becomes the transformative portal through which we truly begin to know ourselves.
