It’s different when Lena teaches you. It’s spiritual. It’s energetic. We are working from the inside out and not just cognitively. For me, it’s changed my life completely because I’m now practicing these tools for myself throughout my day rather than letting other things and other people control my day. It sets the tone for your life.

I would like to thank Bella for the workshops & talks that opened my eyes to new ways of being, bringing quality of life, knowledge, and the desire to continue improving. The little droplets of wisdom I learned from the Institute brought big changes to my inner world and my day-to-day. Despite the simple approach of workshops & talks, the experiences I had with Bella were transformative and memorable, burning wellness directly into my soul’s blueprint. As a result, I continue discovering the best version for me, while the benefits I learned are perpetuated in me and my future generation. My eternal gratitude to Bella.
