Her passion lies in helping people discover movement as a source of freedom, strength, and deep self-connection. She loves traveling the world, flowing in breathtaking landscapes, and filming her practice along shorelines—whether it’s the ocean, a mountain stream, or an alpine lake. Music is her constant companion; she often flows for hours to the same song on repeat, using movement as both meditation and creative expression. After a decade of failed seated meditation attempts, FreeFlow finally unlocked the ability to sit in stillness—now, both practices are part of her daily rhythm.
