About the Creator
Using her experience of living with chronic pain, she supports people of all ages and life stages to break the cycle of chasing happiness and, instead, to learn how to embrace the life that is here right now, including the challenges and the setbacks. Her style is warm, relaxed, and down-to-earth. There is no pressure to sit with a straight spine or to stop all your thoughts. She weaves neuroscience, energy, breath, visualization, curiosity, and intention setting into all her meditations, helping listeners understand themselves more deeply so that they can show up in life more fully. Often referred to by her students as gentle, curious, and warm-hearted, Fleur reminds us that there is strength in softness and that we are safe to be ourselves.
With proceeds from The Happy Habit funding grassroots projects in some of the poorest communities worldwide, Fleur uses meditation, self-inquiry, and stories as tools for social change. To date, The Happy Habit has provided sixty thousand people with access to a lifetime of clean drinking water. Every book and app subscription provides four people with clean drinking water. When you meditate with Fleur, it’s good for you and great for humanity.
She lives by the beach in Melbourne, Australia, with her husband, 3 boys, and dog Lucky.
